From 1 May 2013 we will no longer be continuing the online booking system for yoga, so best to arrive 15mins early to gaurantee a mat. Yoga equipment is provided but bring your own mat if you’d prefer. Please advise the Yoga teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries.

Teaching Hatha Yoga throughout NZ since 2003, Gaura-Arati’s experience, vibrant spirit & laughter will leaving you feeling energised, tingling from head to toe. She’s a full time volunteer at Bhakti Lounge heading up various projects on campus at Victoria University such Krishna Food & Yoga Lounge.
