From 1 May 2013 we will no longer be continuing the online booking system for yoga, so best to arrive 15mins early to gaurantee a mat. Yoga equipment is provided but bring your own mat if you’d prefer. Please advise the Yoga teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries.
